Land Acknowledgement

I acknowledge that the land on which I live and work (southern New Hampshire) is the traditional and unceded territory of the Abenaki people, part of the Wabanaki Confederacy. These lands and waters have been stewarded by the Abenaki for countless generations and remain spiritually and culturally significant to them today.

I recognize the ongoing presence and resilience of Indigenous communities in this region and throughout Turtle Island. I offer my respect to their elders past and present, and I commit to learning from their wisdom, supporting Indigenous sovereignty, and honoring their enduring connection to this land.
