Your Reiki practitioner will enter sacred space and send healing energy out to you within 24 hours of your purchase (or at another designated time you specify in the form). Distance Reiki sessions generally last 20-30 minutes. You may decide to put yourself in a relaxed, receptive state during the session, but this is not necessary.
